EAAT Sheet

The East Anglian Arts Trust (EAAT) was set up by a group of friends meeting in a pub, each pitching in £10 to start a modest organisation to help to pull together what was to become the first Barsham Faire. When, to everybody's surprise, that famous event made a profit the EAAT collected proceeds and gave cash to worthy future endeavours including the Norwich Folk Festival, the Waveney Clarion Travelling Circus, village events, the installation of a telephone for the Waveney Clarion office - doesn't that have a period ring to it? (no pun intended), the resurfacing of the lane to Barsham Church, helping to finance 'Coypu Comix' publications and lots more. Every now and then an EAAT Sheet was published. (We sense the hand of Tim Rayner in that title.) Click here to see a larger version of this image. (This PDF file will open in a new window.)
